Every birth is a special once in a lifetime experience and feeling. I say this because every birth is different and beautiful in its own way. Whether it takes place at the hospital or at home, each is beautiful and deserving of celebration. No matter how you birth your baby, everyone can benefit from having an experienced Doula present through pregnancy, labor and at the moment of delivery. My mission is to work with all moms, dads and various family constructs to bring kindess and care to everyone.You CAN rock your birth, you already have the strength, I can give you the support.

I am a normal woman with a huge passion for birth, babies and the overall care of mothers. I am a mom of five myself, and have had five very different births. After my second sons very difficult birth I knew that I wanted to help other moms through what can be the most exciting and scariest part of a woman’s life. If I can be that support for you and your partner that changes your birth experience for the better, I will leave your birth feeling that I have changed a tiny part of the world. I believe birthing space is a sacred space and that as your Doula, I will adamantly honor your choices and have sensitivity to your needs. Being a Doula is such a huge part of what and who I am. I am a proud, certified BEST Doula, DONA trained Doula, mother, friend and wife. With my training and my personal experience I feel fully confident that we can have an experience that will make you happy no matter way you choose to birth or what the outcome may end up looking like. I would love to be in your village and be by your side as you bring your baby into this world!

As a respected Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule an initial consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me.
Prenatal Visits
Informative and Compassionate
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the well being of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. Prenatally I will meet with you twice before baby comes to formulate a birth plan, discuss what your wishes are and make sure that you feel completely prepared and comfortable with how things are progressing.
Birthing Guidance
Here for You
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey from a professional that has all the info. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I offer support laboring at home with you before arriving at your birthing center or hospital or at your home birth. I have massage, pressure point and positioning techniques that will help to progress your labor and keep you as comfortable as we can. I provide informational support to you, answering any and all questions you might have regarding your birth or care plan.
Postpartum Support
Offering Support
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. The postpartum period is a very special time, but can face new challenges. Many women face postpartum mood disorders, anxiety or depression. I have the screening tools and referrals to help with anything that may come up. I also offer breastfeeding support for basic breastfeeding needs. I will be there to check on the new mom and family and aid in getting adjusted to life with a new baby.
